Shipping Policy:

Here at TheKink.co.nz we do our very best to get your new purchase to you as fast as we humanly can; who wants to wait an age for their new toy to arrive, right?! To speed up this process we stock every single item that we sell here in New Zealand, ready and waiting to be sent off as soon as it’s purchased.

 

We use Toll Freight Forwarding’s extensive NZ network to get your toy dispatched from our warehouse to your front door within 5 business days, if not sooner. Please note, business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

 

All orders over $30 will receive free standard shipping, with orders below $30 ship for a standard rate of $5. We take pride in the way your new toy is packaged ready for dispatch so that it arrives in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that your toy arrives damaged, please let us know within two days of it being received.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell we cannot accept or exchange open or used products for your safety (and ours). Sorry!

Faulty Goods:

If you believe that you’ve received a faulty product, please let us know within seven day of delivery.

 

If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturers fault we will endeavour to either repair, replace or refund your purchase price.

 

If an exact replacement cannot be sourced we may, at our discretion, offer you another item of equal or greater value. Items with faults may require inspection before any further action is taken.

 

Manufacturers faults exclude the likes of wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or other damage deemed to have been caused by the user.
